______7 <br /> November 30,2011 <br /> AGREEMENT-USE OF HADLEY HALLIPOLICE TRAINING <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore,s onded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen,to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the City of <br /> Arlington regarding use of the Hadley Hall portion of the Arlington <br /> Community Youth Center/Hadley Hall facility for police training. <br /> Roll was called with all co ncil members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatloe who was excuced. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING-TRAFFIC SAFETY <br /> EMPHASIS PATROLS <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberta,aeconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign the 2011 Memorandum of <br /> Understanding with the Washington Traffic Safety Commission and <br /> accept the allotted funds of$5,100.00 for the participation in the high <br /> visibility enforcement traffic safety emphasis patrols. <br /> Roll w called Wch all co ncil members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING-TARGET ZERO TEAMS <br /> PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign the 2011 Memorandum of <br /> Understanding with the Washington Traffic Safety Commission and <br /> accept the allotted funds of$10,000.00 for the participation in the <br /> Target Zero Teams project <br /> 336 <br />
