If the Conflict Public Defense Attorney fails to timely obtain a <br /> court order enjoining disclosure,the City will release the requested information on the date <br /> specified. <br /> The City has, and by this section assumes, no obligation on behalf of the Conflict Public <br /> Defense Attorney to claim any exemption from disclosure under the Act. The City shall not <br /> be liable to the Conflict Public Defense Attorney for releasing records not clearly identified <br /> by the Conflict Public Defense Attorney as confidential or proprietary. The City shall not he <br /> liable to the Conflict Public Defense Attorney for any records that the City releases in <br /> compliance with this section or in compliance with an order of a court of competent <br /> jurisdiction. <br /> 15. Conflicts Between Attachments and Text. Should any conflicts exist between any attached <br /> schedule and the text of this Agreement,the text of this Agreement shall prevail, <br /> 16. Governing Law and Stipulation of Venue. The laws of the State of Washington shall govern <br /> this Agreement and the parties stipulate that any lawsuit regarding this Agreement must be <br /> brought in Snohomish County, Washington <br /> 17,Severability. Should any clause, phrase, sentence. or paragraph of this Agreement by <br /> declared invalid or void,the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full <br /> force and effect, <br /> 18. entire Agreement. This Agreement is the complete expression of the terms and conditions <br /> hereunder.
