Exhibit "A" <br /> Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Budget, <br /> Payment, Notices, and Representatives <br /> I. Scope of Service <br /> A. Activities/Project Description <br /> The Subrecipient will be responsible for administering the Food, Staffing, and Operational Costs <br /> program in a manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a <br /> condition of providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under <br /> the Community Development Block Grant Program: <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity: <br /> The Food, Staffing, and Operational Costs will serve 950 Person weekly by providing Warm Meals <br /> and Fresh Food Pantry. <br /> General Administration <br /> [Description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above] <br /> General Administration includes accounting. <br /> B. National Objectives <br /> The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will <br /> meet the following CDBG National Objective, as identified by the City of Everett for priority in the <br /> 2019 Program Year, "Benefit low/moderate income persons" - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. <br /> Appropriate Subcategory and Matrix Code under the National Objective: Limited Clientele <br /> 05W: Costs associated with the operation of food banks, community kitchens, and food <br /> pantries, such as staff costs, supplies, utilities, maintenance, and insurance. <br /> Description of how the project will meet this subcategory: Funds will be spent to provide a weekly <br /> warm meal program by paying for the cook's salary and benefits (.225 FTE) and some <br /> supplies and sundry food to complete and box the meals; and to the Madres de Casino <br /> Road to purchase food to be donated through their weekly fresh food pantry. <br /> C. Performance Monitoring <br />
