f. Waiver.No waiver of satisfaction of any condition or <br /> nonperformance of an obligation under this Agreement will be effective unless it is in <br /> writing and signed by the party granting the waiver, and no such waiver will constitute a <br /> waiver of satisfaction of any other condition or nonperformance of any other obligation. <br /> g. Notice. No Third-Party Beneficiaries. The provisions of this Agreement are <br /> for the sole benefit of the parties to this Agreement. No other persons have any rights or <br /> remedies under this Agreement. <br /> i. Separate and Fully Enforceable. The Hope Trust acknowledges and <br /> agrees that this Agreement, the Note, the Deed of Trust, and the City Restrictive Covenant <br /> (collectively, the "City-Trust Documents") are delivered in exchange for release of the LID <br /> Provision. The City-Trust Documents constitute obligations separate from the LID Provision. <br /> The Hope Trust acknowledges and agrees that the execution, delivery and recording of the <br /> Release Agreement has no effect on the enforceability of the City-Trust Documents, all of which <br /> remain fully enforceable in accordance with theirterms. <br /> 3 <br />
