This Covenant shall tun with the land and shall be binding upon <br /> and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs,personal representatives, <br /> transferees or successors in interest. <br /> 4. Enforcement. HHCLT will keep such records and make such reports relating to <br /> compliance with this Agreement that Everett Housing Authority may reasonably require, and <br /> shall provide such records and reports to Everett Housing Authority upon request to do so.In the <br /> event of a breach of any of the covenants or agreements set forth in this Covenant, the parties <br /> shall be entitled to any and all remedies available at law or in equity,including but not limited to <br /> the equitable remedies of specific performance or mandatory or prohibitory injunction issued by <br /> a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
