AN QRDINANC '"Japproving and confirming the, assessment and assessment roll of Local,Improvement District NO. 665, for the. impro meht • of FEDERAL STREET from.-CHARLES AVENUE to EDWARDS AVENUE by the construction of an asphaltic concrete pavement thirty-six (36' ) feet in width, including gutters, by the construction of 11 Portland cement concrete curbs and gutters on both sides of the street, by the construction of a six (6' ) foot Portland cement concrete sidewalk on the west side of the street only, providing I for the necessary surface drainage and doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete 1' improvement, all in accordance with a majority petition therefor, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3893 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts, and parcels of land or other property as shown on said rolj., 1 providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of ,. Local Improvement District No. 665 for the improvement of: FEDERAL STREET from CHARLES AVENUE to EDWARDS AVENUE by the construction of an asphaltic concrete pavement thirty-six (36' ) feet in width, including gutters, by the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs and gutters on both sides of the street, by the construction of a six (6' ) foot Portland cement ' concrete sidewalk on the west side of the street only, providing for the necessary surface drainage and doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with a majority petition therefor, ; all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3893 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged ' against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. 3 Section 3: That the day of Jana,r ',_.`; � I/ Z, , is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
