The Subject Site is located within the northern area of the City of Everett (see Figure 1-Vicinity Map and <br />Figure 2 -Aerial Map). It consists of a single tax parcel (/100541500300200) that is 3f acres in size (see <br />Figure 3 -Parcel Map). The property is located within the southeast quarter of Section 30, Township 29N, <br />Range OSE, Win.M. It is vacant/undeveloped and located on the west side of Grand Avenue in the 3600- <br />block. Norton Avenue abuts the west property line.
