ORDINANCE NO. 3919, AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of: HOYT AVENUE from 45th Street to 47th Street on both sides of the street RUCKER AVENUE from 45th Street to 47th Street on east side of street only 45th STREET from Hoyt Avenue to alley East of Hoyt Avenue on south side of street only 47th STREET from alley East of Hoyt Avenue to Rucker Avenue on north side of street only •1 by the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs and gutters, by the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks, by the installation of necessary drainage facilities; by the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, w ater mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances; by such grading or re -grading as may be necessary, and doing such other w ork as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete' improvement, creating an improvement district fund thereof, and providing for payment of said improvement by special assessments on the property in said districttunder the mode of payment by bonds, WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with the City Council of the City of Everett, a majority petition of the property owners petitioning for said improvement, and upon examination thereof, the said City Council has found the things set forth therein to be true, and WHEREAS, the petition has been duly deferred to the Commissioner of Public Works to be examined by said Commissioner and the City Engineer, and the City Commissioner of Public Works has filed with the City Council all data and information required by law. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN Section I: That an improvement be made of: HOYT AVENUE from 45th Street to 47th Street on both sides of the street RUCKER AVENUE from 45th Street to 47th Street on east side of street only 45th STREET from Hoyt Avenue to alley East of Hoyt Avenue on south side of street only 47th STREET from alley East of Hoyt Avenue to Rucker Avenue on north side of street only. by the construction ofPortland cement concrete curbs and gutters, by the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks, by the installation of necessary drainage facilities; by the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances; by such grading or re -grading as may be necessary, and doing such other w ork as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby approved and adopted.
