ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District Non 670, for the impr ov emen t o f : SEAHURST AVENUE from its intersection with Olympic Boulevard to the easterly end of Madrona Avenue from Seahurst Avenue to its westerly intersection with Mukilteo Boulevard by the construction of a 6" cast iron water main together with two (2) fire hydrants and necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be necessary therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3920 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts, and parcels of land or other property as shown on said rolls, providing for the issuance of bonds there- for, and fixing the date of issue thereof. N OW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 670 for the improvement of: S EAHURST AVENUE from its intersection with Olympic Boulevard to the easterly end of Madrona Avenue from Seahurst Avenue to its westerly intersection with Mukilteo Boulevard. by the construction of a 6" cast iron water main together with two (2) fire hydrants and necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be necessary therewith to make a complete improvement all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3920 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown -by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. F Section 3 : That the day 0f arua. 1964 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance o e •onds required to be issued on account of such improvement. Section 4: That the sum chargedagainst each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty -day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
