ORDINANCE N O . 3915, AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of: BAKER DRIVE, from Taylor Drive to Mukilteo Boul e - vard TAYLOR DRIVE, from Baker Drive to Bayview Lane BAYVIEW LANE, from Taylor Drive to Mukilteo Boule- vard by the construction of an 8" cast iron water main and fire hydrants, together with necessary appurtenances, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, and also BAKER DRIVE, from near its western terminus to Taylor Drive, and TAYLOR DRIVE, from Bayview Lane east for approxi- mately 250 feet be improved by the construction of a 4" cast iron water main, together with necessary appurtenances, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, ' Creating an enlarged district allocating the cost of the improvement in said enlarged district providing forthe pay- ment of a portion of the cost of the improvement by the City of Everett creating a local improvement district providing for the payment of the cost of the improvement, except as provided by the City, by special assessment on the property in said dis -- tric is under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6466 of the City of Everett, the City Council has declared its intentions to order the ime provement as above outlined and doing all work in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with the maps, plans, and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Everett, NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1, That an improvement be made of: BAKER DRIVE, from Taylor Drive to Mukilteo Boul e - vard TAYLOR DRIVE, from Baker Drive to Bayview Lane BAYVIEW LANE, from Taylor Drive to Mukilteo Boule- vard N by the construction of an 8" cast iron water main and fire hydrants, together with necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be necessary in
