ORDINANCE NO. ,9614. AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 664 for the improvement of: 42ND STREET, from Grand Avenue to Crescent Avenue CRESCENT AVENUE, from 42nd St. to Columbia Avenue THOMSON AVENUE, from Crescent Avenue to Columbia Avenue COLUMBIA AVENUE, from Thomson Avenue to Crescent Avenue MARYLAND AVENUE, from 350' E. of Federal St. to Federal St. EASEMENTS in Block 24 of Victory Heights Addition by the construction of 6" and 4" water mains together with fire hydrants and all necessary appurtenances therewith, and by doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3878 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance o; bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 664 for the improvement of: 42ND STREET from Grand Avenue to Crescent Avenue CRESCENT AVENUE, from 42nd St. to Columbia Avenue THOMSON AVENUE, from Crescent Avenue to Columbia Avenue COLUMBIA AVENUE, from Thomson Avenue to Crescent Avenue MARYLAND AVENUE, from 350' E. of Federal St. to Federal St. EASEMENTS in Block 24 of Victory Heights Addition by the construction of 6" and 4" water mains together with fire hydrants and all necessary appurtenances therewith, and by doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3878 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, orcther property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the s acne 4 Section 3: That the r�d t4 - �' ay of J)rc PHj JJ Y 0 194 L- 1 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of t'he bonds d requzred, to be issued on account of such improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty -day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
