ORDINANCE NO. 3 90A. AN CRDINANCE providing for the improvement of: 1 - 76th STREET - from 300 f t. west of Lower Rdge. Road west to Upper Rdge. Rd. 2 EASY STREET - from 76th St. south to end of street 3 -- TYEE ROAD == from 76th St. south to end of street by the installation of lateral sewers and 6" side sewers from the lateral sewers to the property line, together with the necessary appurtenances and doing such • other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer, providing for the payment of said improvement from the sewer revenue fund and/or the sewer construction fund of the City of Everett and providing for the reimbursement of said fund, and declaring an emergency. NOW THE REFORE THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDA I : Section 1. That an improvement be made of: 1 76th STREET - from 300 f t . west of Lower Ridge Road west to Upper Rdg. Rd. 2 - EASY STREET - from 76th St. south to end of Street 3 ® TYEE ROAD - from 76th St. south to end of street by the installation of lateral sewers and side sewers from the lateral sewers to the property line, together with necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer. Section 2. That the cost and expense of the improvement be paid out of the sewer revenue fund and/or the sewer construction fund of the City of Everett. Section 3. That the users of said sewers shall be charged for the privilege of connecting to said lateral sewer and side sewers such charges as are set forth in Ordinance \o. 3731 Section L.
