ORDINANCE NO. 39064 AN ORDINANCE amending and revising certain election pre- cincts in the City of Everett, and creating additional election precincts; amending Everett City Code Section 1.62.690, and adding to Everett City Code, Title 1.62, the following new sections to be known as 1.62.801 through 1.62.814, all being a part of Ordinance No. 37334 and declaring an emergency to exist. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Section 1.62.690, City Code of the City of Everett, is hereby amended to read as follows: 1.62.690 - Precinct No. 68. Precinct No. 68: The East half of Section 35, Township 29 N, Range 4 E.W.M., also the West half of Section 36, Township 29 N, Range 4 E.W.M." Section 2: That Chapter 1.62, City Code of the City of Everett, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to be known as Section 1.62.801, which shall read as follows: "1.62.801 - Precinct No. 80. Precinct No. 80: Commence at the S.E. corner Sec. 2,T 328 N, R 4 E.W.M.; thence Westerly along the South line of said Section 2 and the South line of Section 3, T 28 N, R 4 E.W.M. to the Southwest corner of said Section 3; thence North along the West line of said Section 3 one-half mile; thence East oneefourth mile; thence North one- fourth mile; thence East one-fourth mile; thence North to the South line of Sec. 34, T 29 N1 R 4 E.W.M*; thence Westerly along said South line of said Section 34 to the Southwest corner of Tract 62, Plat of Edgewater; thence North along the West lines of Tracts 62, 63, 64 and 65 of the Plat of Edgewater to the intersection with the South margin of State Highway 1-I; thence Westerly along the corporate limits of the Town of Mukilteo to an intersection with the West line of said Section 34; thence North alongthe said West line of Section 34 to its � inter- section with the outer harbor line; thence in a Northeasterly direction along the shoreline to the North and South center section line of Section 35, T 29 N, R 4 E.W.M.; thence South along the North and South centerline of said Section 35 to the South line of said Section 35; thence Easterly along the South line of said Section 35 to the Northeast corner of Section 2, T 28 N, R 4 E.W.M.; thence Southerly along the East line of said Section 2 to the true point of beginning." Section 3: That Chapter 1.62, City Code of the City of Everett, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to be known as Section 1.62.802, which shall read as follows: "1.62.802 - Precinct No. 81. Precinct No. 81: Begin at the northwest corner Sec. 10, T 28 N, R E.W.M.; thence run southerly along the west line of said Sec. 10 to an intersection with the North line of the Mukilteo Heights Community Club, Inc. Tract; thence Easterly and parallel to the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 10 and along the North line of said Mukilteo Heights Community Club, Inc. Tract for 208.71 ft.; thence Southerly and parallel to the West line of said Sec. 10 and along the East line of Mukilteo Heights Community Club, Inc. Tract for 208.71 ft. to the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of Sec. 10; thence Easterly along said South
