PROGRAM FRAUD AND FALSE OR FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS OR RELATED ACTS <br /> a. Standard. Recipients must comply with the requirements of The False Claims <br /> Act (31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733) which prohibits the submission of falseor <br /> fraudulent claims for payment to the federal government. See DHS Standard <br /> Terms and Conditions: Version 8.1 (2018); and 31 U.S.C. §§ 3801-3812, which <br /> details the administrative remedies for false claims and statements made. The <br /> non-Federal entity must include a provision in its contract that the contractor <br /> acknowledges that 31 U.S.C. Chap. 38 (Administrative Remedies for False <br /> Claims and Statements) applies to its actions pertaining to the contract. <br /> b. The Contractor acknowledges that 31 U.S.C.
