ET also connects in Mukilteo <br />with the Washington State Ferry (WSF) system's service between Mukilteo and Clinton. <br />State and agency goals, objectives, and accomplishments: <br />Several major activities were continued in 2019. At the regional level, staff time was dedicated <br />to the coordination of activities with Sound Transit's regional express transit service, <br />Community Transit's Swift (BRT) and local service, and with regional paratransit service <br />providers. Resources were committed to numerous interagency committees on planning, fares, <br />marketing, accessibility, and customer service issues for the bus routes connecting Everett with <br />the Puget Sound region. <br />Customers continued to access real-time information through the Everett Transit Arrivals (ETA) <br />program. The system is accessible by texting or calling the automated system. In 2019, there <br />were 61,832 texts and 79,420 calls managed by the system.
