This Agreement/grant award and the rights and obligations of both parties hereto shall be subject to <br /> and governed by the following, incorporated by reference herein as is fully set forth: <br /> (1) Special Provisions attached hereto or Exhibit"A". <br /> (2) Grant Budget hereto or Exhibit"B" <br /> (3) Expense Reporting Form attached hereto or Exhibit"C" <br /> (4) Micorentri\Reporting Form hereto or Exhibit"D" <br /> The City has funds available, including Community Development Block Grant(CDBG)funds available from the United States <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD), authorized by the City Council for helping businesses respond to the <br /> negative economic impact of the coronavirus, pursuant to 24 CFR Part 570.203;and <br /> The Business has applied for assistance from the Everett CARES Small Business Grant Program and relying on the <br /> information provided by the Business,the City has determined that Business is a small business at risk of long-term business <br /> closure as a result of the Coronavirus; and <br /> The Business is eligible for assistance through the CDBG-CV program, because the Business qualifies as a microenterprise <br /> and will document the business stability where the owner meets the area median income limit(National Objective—Low <br /> Moderate Clientele)within the next two years;and <br /> The Business wishes to receive a grant from the City in the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars($10,000)to be used as working <br /> capital to retain jobs and to be able to off-set the negative impact of the coronavirus on its business;and <br /> Without this grant,the Business would be forced to lay off employees; and <br /> 1 of 10 <br />
