(2) Grant Budget hereto or Exhibit"B" (3) Expense Reporting Form attached hereto or Exhibit"C" (4) Job Retention Reporting Form hereto or Exhibit"D" The City has funds available, including Community Development Block Grant(CDBG)funds available from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD),authorized by the City Council for helping businesses respond to the negative economic impact of the coronavirus,pursuant to 24 CFR Part 570.203; and The Business has applied for assistance from the Everett CARES Small Business Grant Program and relying on the information provided by the Business,the City has determined that Business is a small business at risk of long-term business closure as a result of the Coronavirus;and The Business is eligible for assistance through the CDBG-CV program,because the Business qualifies as a small business and will document the retention of jobs(Full Time Equivalent),with at least 51%of people that hold those jobs,are earning under 80%of the area median income(LMI)OR at least 51%of the jobs will be made available to LMI persons within the next two years;and The Business wishes to receive a grant from the City in the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars($10,000)to be used as working capital to retain jobs and to be able to off-set the negative impact of the coronavirus on its business;and Without this grant,the Business would be forced to lay off employees; and 1 of 10
