Exhibit "A" Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Budget, Payment, Notices, and Representatives 1. Scope of Service A. Activities/Project Description The Subrecipient will be responsible for administering the Hotel Vouchers program in a manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a condition of providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under the Community Development Block Grant Program: Program Delivery Activity: The Hotel Vouchers will serve low-income individuals/families, victims of domestic violence, residing in Everett who have been impacted by COVID-19. DVSSC will utilize City funds by providing 93 hotel vouchers @ $107 per night. General Administration [Description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above] DVSSC provides services and support for individuals and families of domestic violence. The services provided through this grant will off safe and secure temporary emergency hotel bed nights. A total of 93 bed nights @ $107 per night will impact 12 victims/families of domestic violence with safe and confidential shelter for 14 days. B. National Objectives The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will meet the following CDBG National Objective, as identified by the City of Everett for priority in the 2019 Program Year, "Benefit low/moderate income persons" - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. Appropriate Subcategory and Matrix Code under the National Objective: Limited Clientele 05G: Services for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault or stalking 24 CFR 570.201(e) or 42 USC 5305(a)(8) + 24 CFR 570.482(c)(2) - Services for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault or stalking. Description of how the project will meet this subcategory: DVSSC will provide victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking with safe and secure hotel bed nights and their children.
