<br /> 9. LAws
<br /> The Agency shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, codes, regulations, and policies of local,
<br /> state, and federal governments, as now or hereafter amended, including, but not limited to:
<br /> United States Laws, Regulations and Circulars (Federal)
<br /> Agency shall comply with Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit
<br /> Requirement for Federal Award, 2 CFR 200, Subpart F—Audit Requirements.
<br /> Agency shall comply with the applicable requirements of 2 CFR Part 200, including any future
<br /> amendments to 2 CFR Part 200,and any successor or replacement Office of Management and Budget
<br /> (OMB) Circular or regulation.
<br /> Agency shall comply with Omnibus Crime Control and Safe streets Act of 1968, Title VI of the Civil
<br /> Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with
<br /> Disabilities Act of 1990,Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972,The Age Discrimination Act of
<br /> 1975, and The Department of Justice Non-Discrimination Regulations, 28 C.F.R. Part 42, Subparts
<br /> C.D.E. and G, and 28 C.F.R. Part 35 and 39.
<br /> 10. NONDISCRIMINATION
<br /> A. General—The Agency shall comply with all federal,state and local laws prohibiting
<br /> discrimination on the basis of age,sex, marital status, race, creed, religion,color, national origin,
<br /> sexual orientation, or the presence of any sensory, mental or physical handicap.
<br /> B. Specific Discriminatory Actions Prohibited
<br /> i. The Agency may not, under any program or activity to which this Agreement may apply,
<br /> directly or through contractual or other arrangements,on the grounds of age,sex,marital
<br /> status, race, creed, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, or the presence of
<br /> any sensory, mental or physical handicap;
<br /> 1) Deny any person facilities,services,financial aid or other benefits provided
<br /> under the program or activity.
<br /> 2) Provide any person with facilities,services,financial aid or other benefits that
<br /> are different, or are provided in a different form from that provided to others
<br /> under the program or activity.
<br /> 3) Subject any person to segregated or separate treatment in any facility or in any
<br /> matter or process related to receipt of any service or benefit under the program
<br /> or activity.
