® Narrative Statement 1) Prepare a written, typed statement addressing the applicable <br /> and Comp Plan/ Comprehensive Plan and rezone criteria. Submit one copy. See <br /> Zoning Information attached criteria. <br /> 2) Complete the following below: <br /> Existing Comprehensive Plan Designation: Single Family <br /> Existing Zoning: R-2 <br /> Proposed Comprehensive Plan Designation: Commercial Mixed Use <br /> Proposed Zoning: C-1 <br /> Adjacent Plan Designations Adjacent Zoning <br /> Note: Designations for North: N/A (abuts I-5)/Single Family N/A/ R-2 <br /> West Subject Properties/ South: Commercial Mix Used C-1 <br /> East Subject Properties East: Single Family R-2 <br /> respectively West: Commercial Mixed Use/Single Family C-1/R-2 <br /> Note: majority of west property abuts 1-5. <br /> ® Environmental Submit one signed copy. Must be filled out completely and <br /> Checklist accurately. The Environmental Checklist form can be found on <br /> DOE's website: <br /> http://www.ecy.wa.gov/programs/sea/sepa/forms.htm <br /> ® Notification List of All property owners within 500 feet of the property subject to this <br /> Property Owners action. Must be completed per the instructions for compiling the <br /> mailing list for Review Process VA. See attached. <br /> ❑ Special Studies Traffic, Geotechnical studies, etc., if required by the Manager of <br /> Long Range Planning.
