A future covered vchicle scrvice arca mcasuring 3G by 175 <br />feet is proposed f'or the suuth sidc of thc building. Of7ice spacc tvill not bc included in <br />the building. A separate modular ol7ice structure mcasuring approximalcly 42 by GO lect <br />is proposed to the east of the building.
