Tliis <br />report is supplemental to our Preliminary GM�technical Report c(alcd Novembcr q, 2pp� <br />Our supplemental scope of work included ach�ancing two decp geo�t���n��a� boreholes, <br />laboratory lesling, and engineering analyses (o dcvclop rccummendations for pile � <br />foundations. � <br />PROJGCT UESCRIPTION <br />Since submission of our Pi•dimina�y Gcotcchnical Rcport,1wc undcrshmd that Ihc <br />proposed development has been revised somewhal and will now have ;� f'�otprint <br />measuring SO by 175 feet. A future covered vchicle scrvice arca mcasuring 3G by 175 <br />feet is proposed f'or the suuth sidc of thc building. Of7ice spacc tvill not bc included in <br />the building. A separate modular ol7ice structure mcasuring approximalcly 42 by GO lect <br />is proposed to the east of the building. 'fhe development ���ould include nssociated <br />asphalt-paved parking and driveways, De(ails of Qie proposcd dcvelopment are indicated <br />on Figure 2, Site and Exploration Plan. <br />We understand that in thc past the subjcct sitc was excavatccl as part of a sand and gravel <br />pit, and fill was placed tliereafter to disposc of wiwantcd soils and lo raise sile grades for <br />future devclopment.
