The current software, <br />Cassworks, is at end of life and will no longer be supported. The Public Works Department will <br />use a new CMAMS system to support improved Asset Management practices. <br />Request for Proposal #2019-076 was released on October 31, 2019 and was advertised in the <br />Everett Herald and Daily Journal of Commerce as well as posted on the City's website. On <br />January 7, 2020, the City received fifteen (15) proposal responses. Six (6) companies were <br />invited to provide demonstrations. Staff is recommending awarding the contract to Timmons <br />Group, Inc. who is the highest scored, best value provider.
