Provide effective training. <br />With the change message out in the open, it will become important that the Cityworks implementation <br />team communicate to the end users that they will receive training, structured or informal, to teach the <br />skills and knowledge required to operate efficiently as the change is rolled out. This will form the basis <br />for the development of our Training Plan. <br />Key questions: <br />• What behaviors and skills are required to achieve business results? <br />• What training delivery methods will be most effective? <br />5. Implement a support structure. <br />Providing a support structure is essential to assist employees to emotionally and practically adjust to <br />the change and to build proficiency of behaviors and technical skills needed to achieve the desired <br />business results To help employees adjust to changes to how a role is performed, we highly <br />recommend that all roles receive representation in the initial workshops <br />Key questions: <br />• Where is support most required? <br />• What types of support will be most effective? <br />6. Measure the change process. <br />Throughout the change management process, a structure will be put in place to measure the <br />business impact of the changes and ensure that continued reinforcement opportunities exist to build <br />proficiencies. This will be done via the delivery of the existing workflows as well as the delivery of the <br />proposed workflows and a review of the proposed workflows with stakeholders <br />Key questions: <br />• Did the change assist in achieving business goals? <br />• Was the change management process successful? <br />O. Implementation Plan <br />Our proposed scope of services will see Cityworks Server AMS implemented with the following: <br />Implementation proposed phasing: (order TBD with Everett in project schedule) <br />1. Parks <br />10. Engineering <br />Note: Discovery workshops may cause adjustments to priorities. City of Everett will decide on priority as <br />project progresses. <br />The implementation and training will consist of Transition Management from current system(s), Asset <br />Lifecycle Management, Work Orders, Service Requests, Inspections, Parts/Supplies Inventory, <br />Preventive Maintenance Scheduling, Report Writing/Cityworks Dashboards, Esri ArcGIS integration, <br />mobile deployment and System Testing. <br />The tasks detailed below are designed to meet the full requirements of the City from the perspective of <br />providing the required professional services to meet the full requirements of the City.
