P hase 5, Task 15: GraniteNet Integration & existing CCTV data migration <br />U tilizing the methodology outlined above Timmons Group will design and develop the integration between <br />GraniteNet and Cityworks. A second task within this integration is to migrate all historic CCTV inspection <br />data so that an asset's past inspection history, condition scores, and video data are accessible <br />within Cityworks making this information easier to find and available to more employees. <br />Phase 5, Task 15.1: City Responsibility: <br />• City will schedule and provide attendance at discovery workshop for integration functional requirements & <br />design. (8-16 hours) <br />• Review of design documents once designed (2-4 FTE hours) <br />Phase 5, Task 15.1: Timmons Group Responsibilities and Deliverables: <br />• Develop integration per functional requirements <br />• Participate in project kick-off, planning, and configuration workshops hosted by CUES <br />• Perform Cityworks configuration and XML modifications necessary to support integration <br />• Support testing of integration <br />• Develop Cityworks SOPs for integration workflows <br />Phase 5, Task 15.1: Assumptions: <br />• CUES is responsible for installing, configuration, and training of their software <br />• The City uses or will deploy the GraniteNet Esri Interface and Import Module so that Granite is using the <br />GIS as its asset repository the same as Cityworks. <br />• City will provide review comments within 10 business days or a mutually agreed upon timeframe <br />Phase 5, Task 15.1: Estimated Timeframe: <br />• The development of the integration will require approximately 3-5 weeks <br />Phase 5, Task 15.2: City Responsibility: <br />• Review of design documents once designed (2-4 FTE hours) <br />Phase 5, Task 15.2: Timmons Group Responsibilities and Deliverables: <br />• Migrate CCTV inspection history for pipes from Granite to Cityworks. <br />• Migrated inspection data shall include <br />o Asset inspected (link to GIS asset if available) <br />o Date inspected <br />o Inspector name <br />o Pipe condition scores <br />Phase 5, Task 15.2: Assumptions: <br />• City will provide review comments within 10 business days or a mutually agreed upon timeframe <br />Phase 5, Task 15.2: Estimated Timeframe: <br />• The migration of legacy CCTV data will require approximately 4-8 weeks <br />P hase 5, Task 16: Cayenta Integration <br />U tilizing the methodology outlined above Timmons Group will design and develop the integration between <br />Cayenta and Cityworks. <br />Phase 5, Task 16: City Responsibility: <br />• City will schedule and provide attendance at discovery workshop for integration functional requirements & <br />design. (8-16 hours) <br />• Review of design documents once designed (2-4 FTE hours) <br />Phase 5, Task 16: Timmons Group Responsibilities and Deliverables: <br />• Develop integration per functional requirements <br />• Sync GL Codes from Cayenta to Cityworks so the same code set is available for Cityworks users to pick <br />from. <br />• Sync Employee pay rates from Cayenta to Cityworks to keep pay rates up to date in Cityworks. <br />Phase 5, Task 16: Assumptions: <br />• City will provide review comments within 10 business days or a mutually agreed upon timeframe <br />Phase 5, Task 16: Estimated Timeframe: <br />• The development of the integration will require approximately 8-12 weeks <br />26IPage <br />
