P hase 5, Task 15: GraniteNet Integration & existing CCTV data migration U tilizing the methodology outlined above Timmons Group will design and develop the integration between GraniteNet and Cityworks. A second task within this integration is to migrate all historic CCTV inspection data so that an asset's past inspection history, condition scores, and video data are accessible within Cityworks making this information easier to find and available to more employees. Phase 5, Task 15.1: City Responsibility: • City will schedule and provide attendance at discovery workshop for integration functional requirements & design. (8-16 hours) • Review of design documents once designed (2-4 FTE hours) Phase 5, Task 15.1: Timmons Group Responsibilities and Deliverables: • Develop integration per functional requirements • Participate in project kick-off, planning, and configuration workshops hosted by CUES • Perform Cityworks configuration and XML modifications necessary to support integration • Support testing of integration • Develop Cityworks SOPs for integration workflows Phase 5, Task 15.1: Assumptions: • CUES is responsible for installing, configuration, and training of their software • The City uses or will deploy the GraniteNet Esri Interface and Import Module so that Granite is using the GIS as its asset repository the same as Cityworks. • City will provide review comments within 10 business days or a mutually agreed upon timeframe Phase 5, Task 15.1: Estimated Timeframe: • The development of the integration will require approximately 3-5 weeks Phase 5, Task 15.2: City Responsibility: • Review of design documents once designed (2-4 FTE hours) Phase 5, Task 15.2: Timmons Group Responsibilities and Deliverables: • Migrate CCTV inspection history for pipes from Granite to Cityworks. • Migrated inspection data shall include o Asset inspected (link to GIS asset if available) o Date inspected o Inspector name o Pipe condition scores Phase 5, Task 15.2: Assumptions: • City will provide review comments within 10 business days or a mutually agreed upon timeframe Phase 5, Task 15.2: Estimated Timeframe: • The migration of legacy CCTV data will require approximately 4-8 weeks P hase 5, Task 16: Cayenta Integration U tilizing the methodology outlined above Timmons Group will design and develop the integration between Cayenta and Cityworks. Phase 5, Task 16: City Responsibility: • City will schedule and provide attendance at discovery workshop for integration functional requirements & design. (8-16 hours) • Review of design documents once designed (2-4 FTE hours) Phase 5, Task 16: Timmons Group Responsibilities and Deliverables: • Develop integration per functional requirements • Sync GL Codes from Cayenta to Cityworks so the same code set is available for Cityworks users to pick from. • Sync Employee pay rates from Cayenta to Cityworks to keep pay rates up to date in Cityworks. Phase 5, Task 16: Assumptions: • City will provide review comments within 10 business days or a mutually agreed upon timeframe Phase 5, Task 16: Estimated Timeframe: • The development of the integration will require approximately 8-12 weeks 26IPage
