The Budget for the removal of biosolids is $700,000. Base Bid Change Orders Sales Tax $613,580.00 $ 0.00 $ 60,130.84 $673,710.84 The City will hold 5% retainage in the amount of $29,929.00 until it receives approval from the Department of Revenue and the Department of Labor & Industries to release retainage.
