Phase 11, Task 28: City Responsibility: <br />• Identify any additional functionality, reports, etc. Desired and communicate this to the Timmons Group <br />Phase 11, Task 28: Timmons Group Responsibilities and Deliverables: <br />• Year # 2-5 = 350 hours of Ad -hoc support for functional groups. <br />• This includes support, maintenance and updates for the Timmons Group Timekeeping App for Cityworks AMS. <br />33 hours per year at a rate of $ 1 50 per hour ($4950 per year) estimated for support, maintenance and updates <br />of the Timmons Group Timekeeping App for Cityworks AMS. <br />Phase 11, Task 28: Assumptions: <br />• Work through the Timmons Group CSM for ad -hoc support. <br />Phase 11, Task 28: Estimated Timeframe: <br />Ad -hoc is TBD <br />Phase 12: Timekeeping Application Development <br />Timmons Group will develop an application utilizing HTML 5 for the capturing of all hours per employee. <br />The application will be designed to be responsive for a desktop, laptop, tablet of smart phone device. The <br />application will capture all time not directly relatable to work orders and/or service requests. The high- <br />level functionality will be reflective of the following: <br />TS-01 <br />TS-02 <br />TS-03 <br />TS-04 <br />TS-05 <br />TS-06 <br />TS-07 <br />TS-08 <br />TS-09 <br />TS-10 <br />TS-11 <br />TS-12 <br />TS-13 <br />TS-14 <br />TS-15 <br />Requirement <br />Users will be provided with a Login Screen / Home Page where users will log into the application. <br />As a user, I want the ability to use my Windows username and password to access the timesheet app. <br />As a Cityworks Office user, I want the ability to open the Timesheet app from the Cityworks Office <br />interface. <br />As a user, I need the ability to use the application on multiple platforms including phones, tablets, and <br />laptop/desktop computers. <br />As a user, I want to see my labor hours that have been added to Cityworks work orders visible in the <br />T imesheet app. <br />As a user, I want the ability to enter labor hours and work order ID in the timesheet app for <br />maintenance activities and have this time be applied to the work order in Cityworks. <br />As a user, I want the ability to enter hours for non -work activities like Paid Time Off or Holiday time in <br />the timesheet app and have this time applied to the appropriate work order in Cityworks. <br />As a user, I want the ability to adjust work order labor hour entries within the timesheet app for <br />tirnesheets that have not yet been submitted for approval so I don't have to open the woi k order in <br />Cityworks to correct my time. <br />As a user, I want the ability to see a timesheet view of my labor hours for a selected pay period. <br />As a user, I want the ability to see a timesheet view of my labor hours for the current day. <br />A user's timesheet view will default to the current week <br />As a user, I want the ability to click on a day -From the pay period view to see the details of my time <br />entries for the selected day. <br />As a user, I need the ability to specify a pay code such as on -call, overtime, shift differential, etc. when <br />entering my labor hours. <br />As a user, I need the ability to submit my timesheet for approval by my manager so that I can get maid. <br />As a Supervisor, I need the ability to view timesheet hours for a selected pay period for all of the staff <br />manage so I can see myteam's hours for the pay_period all in one screen. <br />39 0 �-=y <br />e <br />
