President Tuohy stated that live public comment will be accepted one- <br /> half hour before the start of the meeting by calling 1.425.616.3920, Conference ID <br /> 632 950 634#. Upon roll call, it was found <br /> • that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, <br /> Bader, and Tuohy were present.
