He stated that Washington <br /> State statute requires all transit systems in Washington State to provide an annual <br /> report to their governing body and to hold a public hearing on the plan for the <br /> next six years. He added that this would normally come before the Council in <br /> August; however, the process was delayed due to the pandemic and the State <br /> extended the deadline to November. <br /> President Tuohy invited council member comment. <br /> r <br /> 333 <br />
