Mayor Franklin stated that this is an understaffed <br /> department. Julie Willie provided details on the social <br /> worker program. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher asked about the permanent elimination of the <br /> neighborhood coordinator position and encouraged reinstatement of this <br /> position. Council Members Murphy and Tuohy concurred, and this will be added <br /> to the parking lot list. Discussion ensued regarding neighborhoods and districts. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher asked why Code Enforcement is being moved to <br /> Permit Services.
