• <br /> November 4, 2020 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING —COUNCIL BILL 2009-52: <br /> President Tuohy opened the public hearing on Council Bills 2009-52. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Bader, to <br /> close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 2009-52 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> • <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Title 2 (Chapter 2.96, Historical Commission), <br /> Title 13 (Chapter 13.68, Street Construction and Private Construction), <br /> Title 15 (Local Project Review Procedures), Title 18 (Land Division), Title 19 <br /> (Zoning) and Title 20 (Chapter 20.04, Environmental Policy) <br /> Council members asked about building heights, public notification for variances, <br /> minimum lot sizes, the new online mapping system, high capacity streets, and <br /> temporary shelters. <br /> David provided clarification on requirements on building heights, minimum lot <br /> sizes, temporary shelter, and streets. He also explained the online public system <br /> for access to projects. <br /> Council Member Roberts asked President Tuohy for further discussion, consistent <br /> with these updates, on climate action plan, housing, and transportation issues. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, that <br /> this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. 2009-52, as <br /> amended, and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final disposition of <br /> • <br /> 353 <br />
