in <br /> EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3779-20 <br /> An ORDINANCE creating the special improvement project, entitled "Everett Municipal Building— <br /> Public Works Tenant Improvement Project,"Fund 336, Program 015 to accumulate the schematic <br /> design costs for the project in the amount of$325,700 <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> A. The City Council has recognized the need to relocate some Public Works administrative and office <br /> staff from the Service Center located at 3200 Cedar Street to the Everett Municipal Building <br /> located at 2930 Wetmore Avenue. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. A special improvement project is hereby established as "Everett Municipal Building—Public <br /> Works Tenant Improvement Project", Fund 336, Program 015. <br /> Section 2. Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Facilities Director under the administration <br /> of the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for conducting all tasks and performing all necessary steps to <br /> accomplish the actions authorized by this Ordinance. <br /> Section 3. The estimated cost of the schematic design is$325,700. <br /> Section 4: The sum of$325,700 is hereby appropriated to Fund 336, Program 015, "Everett Municipal <br /> Building—Public Works Tenant Improvement Project"as follows: <br /> A. Use of Funds <br /> Schematic Design $325,700 <br /> Total $325,700 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Fund 401—Water/Sewer Utility Fund $195,420 <br /> CIP-1 $130,280 <br /> Total $325,700 <br /> C. The appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully <br /> expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of re- <br /> appropriation. <br />
