CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS Fill all voids associated with lifting provisions provided by the manufacturer. These voids shall be filled with non-shrinking grout providing a finished surface consistent with adjacent surfaces. Trim all protruding lifting provisions flush with the adjacent concrete surface in a manner, which leaves no sharp points or edges. Remove all loose material and pooling water from the water quality treatment structure prior to the transfer of operational responsibility to the Owner. 7-06.2 Submittals Submit shop drawings for review and approval a minimum 20 days prior to ordering structures. The manufacturer shall submit to the Engineer a "Manufacturer's Performance Certification" certifying that each unit is capable of achieving the specified removal efficiencies and flow rates listed in the plans and special provisions. Submissions for substitutions require review and approval of the Engineer, for hydraulic performance, impact to project design, and equivalent treatment performance.
