Grantee's Books.Accounts and Records Prior to disbursement of Grant funds and upon request by the Grantor,Grantee will permit the Grantor and its representatives at any reasonable time to examine Grantee's books,accounts,and records and to make copies and memtoranda of Grantee's books,accounts and records in order to evaluate Grantee's compliance with this Agreement.
