September 16, 2020 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — ANNEXATION OF THE UNINCORPORATED PORTION OF SMITH <br /> ISLAND <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member Roberts, to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement between the City of Everett <br /> and Snohomish County concerning the annexation of the unincorporated <br /> portion of Smith Island located within the City of Everett Municipal Urban <br /> Growth Area. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS AND PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILLS 2009-47 and <br /> 2009-48 <br /> Regarding the following Council Bills 2009-47 and 2009-48, President Tuohy asked <br /> if any council member had any conflict of interest that would disqualify them from <br /> participating in the conduct of these ordinances. <br /> Each council member stated they do not have any conflicts. <br /> President Tuohy stated that if any citizen objects to any council member <br /> participating in the conduct of these ordinances to please contact the Council <br /> office at 425.257.8703 or email council@everettwa.gov. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Vogeli to <br /> open the public hearing regarding Council Bills 2009-47 and 2009-48. <br />
