4 <br /> September 23, 2020 <br /> The Deputy City Clerk administered the Oath of Office. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Stonecipher joined the meeting at 12:40 p.m. <br /> Council Member Vogeli gave an update from the Diversity Board meeting. She <br /> provided a liaison report from the Cascade View-Twin Creeks Neighborhood <br /> meeting. Council Member Vogeli reminded viewers that it is Suicide Awareness <br /> Month and encouraged citizens to reach out to their loved ones and ask for help <br /> when needed. <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison report from the Public Facilities <br /> District Board meeting. He also addressed an email he received from Imagine <br /> Children's Museum's Executive Director Nancy Johnson regarding homelessness <br /> and drug-related issues around their facility. <br /> Mayor Franklin and Police Chief Dan Templeman stated that they are working on <br /> this ongoing issue. <br /> Council Member Roberts stated that he and Deputy Mayor Nick Harper met with <br /> a neighborhood group regarding the Wood Creek Property. He also provided a <br /> report from the Snohomish County Committee for Improved Transportation <br /> meeting held Tuesday. <br /> President Tuohy stated that the Governor's office has issued guidance for venues <br /> during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
