0 When it is to be communicated <br /> Timmons Group will employ a proactive approach to project communication, consisting of the <br /> components more fully defined below, to ensure the proper and efficient utilization of resources and the <br /> timely delivery of products and services within the framework of the project Scope of Work. <br /> 1. Bi-Weekly Status Call and Minutes—Timmons Group's Project Manager will prepare an <br /> agenda for and conduct a bi-weekly status call related to the specific work-in-progress of the <br /> project team. The Project Manager shall record and report via meeting notes the results and <br /> action items required. Bi-Weekly Status Calls can be regularly scheduled. <br /> 2. Monthly Status Reports—Timmons Group's Project Manager will prepare monthly status reports <br /> using the template presented on the following page. Every other(roughly) bi-weekly status report <br /> shall be delivered to the City's core team. Bi-weekly status reports will also be archived online for <br /> additional, on-demand access.
