Project Kick-off presentation & meeting minutes <br /> Phase 2: Cityworks Environment Preparation & Installation <br /> Phase 2, Task 3: Implementation Planning <br /> The goal of this task and its subtasks is to develop the IT System Architecture components of the System <br /> Design and Configuration (SD&C) Plan that consolidates the gathered existing IT system architecture <br /> data with requirements, and interface requirements that will be identified and modeled during the <br /> "Discovery" portion of the project. <br /> Phase 2, Task 3: City's Responsibility: <br /> • City's project manager assistance in scheduling necessary kickoff meetings. (4 FTE hours) <br /> • City's Information System stakeholder attendance/participation meeting. (4 FTE hours each attendee). <br /> Phase 2,Task 3:Timmons Group Responsibilities and Deliverables: <br /> • IT System Architecture document. <br /> Phase 2,Task 3:Assumptions: <br /> • City will provide the necessary information for connections to the City provided off-site Azure system <br /> environment. <br /> Phase 2,Task 3:Estimated Timeframe: <br /> • City provided off-site Azure environment should be available approximately 4 weeks after the project has been <br /> initiated <br /> Phase 2, Task 4: IT System Review <br /> Our implementation team will meet with the City's'project management team and IT/GIS staff to discuss <br /> hardware and environment requirements for the Cityworks implementation to include Cityworks Office, <br /> Respond and Mobile app. During this meeting, various system architectures and minimum requirements <br /> will be explored to ensure a stable implementation for the City. The goal is to ensure the off-site hosted <br /> environment is in place and that all related system and security policies are understood prior to initial <br /> software configuration. <br /> The implementation team will document the Core System Design Plan components required to support <br /> the Cityworks implementation. The Core System Design Plan is developed in preparation for the <br /> configuration and implementation of Cityworks. This plan will include the following: <br /> • Network Requirements • Hardware Requirements <br /> • Peripheral Requirements • Software Applications <br /> • Internal Security • DMZ <br /> • Access to externalized data • Mobile device requirements <br /> 15IPage <br />
