As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 8. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 9. A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all Stormwater Infrastructure shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 10. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector. Contact the Planning Department at 425-257-2273 to schedule the inspection. 11. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy. Call the inspection line to request a Final for this permit when all items have been completed. 12.
