A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to <br /> the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 9. A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all Stormwater Infrastructure shall be <br /> submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 10. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector.
