Everett Concrete Podium Addendum Calculations Narrative <br /> The addenda calculations for the lateral analysis of the concrete podium replace those of the lateral <br /> analysis of the previously submitted calculations document.A new lateral analysis was performed with <br /> seismic load cases for the equivalent lateral force procedure (for drift and for forces).The ELFP for drift <br /> was run to check the drift of the building(see pages A3-A15)from RAM Frame.The drift resulted in an <br /> extreme torsional irregularity(see pages A16-A19). Pages A20-A38 show a report of the load cases from <br /> RAM Frame. Pages A39-A46 show the shear forces for the ELFP forces load cases in the wall segments <br /> from RAM Frame. Pages A47-A58 show the diaphragm forces for the concrete podium at certain section <br /> cuts from RAM Frame. Page A59 is the calculation for the dowel design. Page A60 is the calculation to <br /> check if a collector is necessary. Pages A61-A64 contain the calculations for the chord design. Pages A65- <br /> A78 contain the shear wall calculations from RAM Concrete. Page A79 shows the maximum soil bearing <br /> pressure from RAM Concept.
