It looks like it is probably for the garage entrance off of 32nd. It also appears the gate may be comprised of a chain link grid. Can you confirm? Can you provide a photograph showing the proposed gate? Whatever its composition I will need to double check to see if it passes muster with the design guidelines. On the north end of the east elevation there is a blank wall. The Examiners' decision included a condition (No. 31) that details be provided to avoid creating a blank wall. I'm not seeing on the drawing that this has been done. The exposed firewalls on the south property line are required to feature"material,color,and/or textural changes to create visual interest (Condition no 28). I'm not seeing if and how this is being accomplished. As such time when mechanical permits are received,you will need to show how rooftop equipment will be screened. Otherwise looks great.
