Revise graphic scale to 1"=20'. <br /> Electric vehicle charging infrastructure in accordance with WA State Amendment Section <br /> 427 should be detailed on the plans. <br /> a. Add 12 electric vehicle charging outlet in the parking garage (6 spots on 1st floor <br /> and 6 spots on 2nd floor). Refer to A3.2a and A3.3a for the location (keynote <br /> #29). Each electric vehicle charging outlet is dual chargers at 7.2 kva each. <br /> b. Charging infrastructure for 44 spaces (20% of overall parking with 22 dual <br /> charges at 7.2 kva each) would add 440 amps to a current calculated load of <br /> 3,790 amps. <br /> V. <br /> The plans should show that the stairway pressurization system will be provided with <br /> legally required standby power in accordance with Section 504.4.1 and will be special <br /> inspected in accordance with Section 1705.18. <br /> a. Stairway Pressurization Fans are supplied from service equipment HP-LP. <br /> This service panel is a tap ahead of the main service disconnect which is <br /> recognized by the NEC as a legally required standby system source (NEC <br /> 701.12(E)) when acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction. City of <br /> Everett has indicated this source is acceptable. <br /> ii. With the recognition that a tap ahead of the main was acceptable, the <br /> generator was deleted. <br /> .It should be verified that the elevator will be provided with standby power (see <br /> comment above) and comply with the emergency operation and signaling device <br /> requirements of Section 2.27 of SAME A17.1. Section 1009.4 <br /> a. The North elevator is supplied from service equipment HP-LP. This service <br /> panel is a tap ahead of the main service disconnect which is recognized by the <br /> NEC as a legally required standby system source (NEC 701.12(E)) when <br /> acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction. Fire Alarm system will be a deferred submittal. <br /> Construction <br /> Two-hour shaft wall detail WS/A7.1 references GA File No. WP 7051 - that listing <br /> requires proprietary '/2"GWB (type C). If that wall adjoins a dwelling unit, the insulation <br /> specified in the listing should be provided. Sections 703.2 & 1207 <br /> a.
