You will find my answers to your
questions in red.
1. Along the South Elevation,Section C-C on Sheet SN-4 the shoring design appears to indicate that
the nails are to be installed beneath the adjacent property. Please provide written documentation of
an easement or agreement between both parties that indicates the proposed temporary configuration
is acceptable to the impacted property owner. The easement/agreement with the property owner to
the south is in its fmal stages of negotiation. Once the document has been executed by both parties,
APD will provide the city with a copy.
2. Please provide stamped design calculations for the design of the North,East, and West Elevations of
the shoring design. See the 2 sets of attached updated plans and calcs as requested.
3. Along the North,East, and West Elevations,it appears that soil nails are to be Stalled into the City
Right of Way(ROW). Please see attached for the written agreement form from our Real Property
Manager and Legal. APD has reviewed the agreement and emailed comments back to Mr.Bronder
and Mr. Palacious on September 4th. APD is waiting for a response from the City of Everett.
If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact me directly at 206 255 7580 or via email at
dsinnett@acg.com.
Respectfully,
ett°6(Inr
Dave Sinnett
Development Manager
American Property Development Inc.
f$ ,,
•
Q7Y ' F267 Yt
