Discharge of Construction Stormwater to the combined sewer system requires a Discharge Authorization (see attached Request Form). As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 9. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 12. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy. Call the inspection line to request a Final for this permit when all items have been completed.
