Discharge of Construction Stormwater to the combined sewer system requires a Discharge Authorization (see <br /> attached Request Form). As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City <br /> Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 9. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to <br /> the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 12. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy.
