Upon roll call, it was found that <br /> Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy,Vogeli, Bader, and <br /> Tuohy were present. Council Member Stonecipher was excused. <br /> • <br /> The minutes of the November 10, 2020, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin spoke about an alarming increase in new infections across the <br /> country, including Everett and Snohomish County, and the latest guidance and <br /> restrictions issued by Governor Inslee. She encouraged everyone to be <br /> compassionate and understanding with each other. The Mayor noted various <br /> support programs the City is offering to local businesses. She also spoke about the <br /> affordable housing directive she issued yesterday. <br /> OATH — POLICE OFFICERS <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Bader, to <br /> concur with the appointment of Zachary Pendt, Justin Bedford, and Tyler Poole <br /> as new police officers. <br /> • <br /> 372 <br />
