Council members supported the proposed <br /> $200,000 grant allocation. <br /> 2021 programs and events <br /> Council Member Vogeli supported restoring the current Library hours to the 2019 <br /> service hour level. President Tuohy stated that she is looking forward to seeing <br /> partnerships for the presented programs and encouraged Council and <br /> Administration to find a way to reinstate these programs. Council Member <br /> Murphy explained what the presented information means and asked <br /> Administration to come back with proposals and a timeline for alternative delivery <br /> models for programs and events. <br /> • <br /> Lori Cummings, Administration, stated that some proposals are currently being <br /> developed and City teams are looking into ways to deliver these services in the <br /> most cost-effective manner. <br /> Council Member Murphy suggested the tracking of unfunded expenses as well. <br /> Council Member Murphy stated that the final reading of the ordinance was <br /> previously scheduled for November 25; however, he proposed leaving the public <br /> hearing open and to reschedule the final budget hearing for December 9 which <br /> would allow time for additional updates from staff and to potentially receive a <br /> report from the Fiscal Advisory Committee . <br /> Council Member Moore objected to the extension of the budget hearing, <br /> reiterated the importance of adopting the budget, and suggested to delay the <br /> workshop scheduled on December 2. <br /> President Tuohy stated she will need to see the workshop facilitator is available. <br /> • <br /> 380 <br />
