Fence shall be no greater than 36 inches in height within the 15ft sight triangles at the intersection of the roadway and the alley/intersecting roadway. 12. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. Fence posts shall be at least 2ft away from any underground utility. 13. This wall and all work constructed within the public right-of-way must be removed or relocated at the owner's expense if the City ever requires use of the right-of-way for municipal purposes. 14.
