Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. <br /> 9.The fence shall be no greater than 6 feet in height on the rear and side yards. <br /> 10.The fence shall be no greater than 42 inches in height in the front yard(shortest property frontage,unless otherwise noted or <br /> previously determined). <br /> 11. Fence shall be no greater than 36 inches in height within the 15ft sight triangles at the intersection of the roadway and the <br /> alley/intersecting roadway. <br /> 12.
