b. The "occurrence" or"pollution condition"takes place after`loading or unloading" is completed, <br /> regardless of whether the aircraft, "auto", rolling stock, rail car, locomotive or watercraft is or was <br /> owned or operated by or rented or loaned to, or in the control of any insured; or <br /> c. The "occurrence"or"pollution condition" is included in the"products-completed operations hazard". <br /> This exclusion does not apply to: <br /> a. A watercraft while ashore on premises you own or rent; <br /> b. A watercraft you do not own that is: <br /> (1) Less than twenty-six (26) feet long; and <br /> (2) Not being used to carry persons or property for a charge; <br /> c. Parking an "auto" on, or on the roadway near premises you own or rent, provided the"auto" is not <br /> owned by or rented or loaned to you or the insured; <br /> d. Liability assumed under any"insured contract"for the ownership, maintenance or use of aircraft or <br /> watercraft; or <br /> e. "Bodily injury" or"property damage"arising out of: <br /> (1) The operation of machinery or equipment that is attached to, or part of, a land vehicle that would <br /> qualify under the definition of"mobile equipment' if it were not subject to a compulsory or <br /> financial responsibility law or other motor vehicle insurance law in the state where it is licensed <br /> or principally garaged; or <br /> (2) The operation of any of the machinery or equipment listed In Paragraph f.(2) or f.(3) of the <br /> definition of"mobile equipment". <br /> f. "Claims" arising from "pollution conditions" caused by, arising out of or in any way related to the <br /> operation, maintenance, use or"loading or unloading" of"autos" by or on behalf of the Named <br /> Insured. <br /> ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE POLICY REMAIN UNCHANGED. <br /> EN0405-0515 Page 2 of 2 <br />
