In Section 2.0 of the SSP, in the 4th paragraph,the first sentence reads"[t]here are known historical flooding problems on the site." It appears this sentence is missing a "no" in front of"known"...? If not, more explanation is needed. Response: This sentence in the Report has been revised. 2. MR #2—Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention: Coverage under Ecology's Construction Stormwater General Permit(CSWGP) is required because the project will disturb an acre or more of land. Operational and structural BMPs must be selected per Chapter 2 of Volume IV of the SWMM, detailed in the drainage report, and shown on the plans as appropriate. All BMPs noted as"applicable", including operational, good housekeeping and preventative maintenance BMPs presented in Chapter 2, are required in the City of Everett per the
