Per Section 4-2.3(4)of the DCSS, the outlets from the bioretention <br /> facilities must connect into a catch basin. <br /> Response: Two catch basins have been added to the drawings at the points <br /> where the outlet pipes from the bioretention facilities connect to the storm <br /> drainage system. <br />
