This Agreement/grant award and the rights and <br /> obligations of both parties hereto shall be subject <br /> to and governed by the following, incorporated by <br /> reference herein as is fully set forth: <br /> (1)Grant Budget attached hereto or Exhibit"A" <br /> (2) Expense Reporting Form attached hereto or <br /> Exhibit"B" <br /> The City has funds available,authorized by the City Council for helping businesses respond to the negative economic impact of <br /> the Coronavirus;and <br /> The Business has been awarded assistance from the Everett CARES Rounds 1 or 2 Small Business Grant Program;and relying <br /> on the information provided by the Business,the City has determined that Business is a small business at risk of long-term business <br /> injury or closure as a result of the Coronavirus;and <br /> The Business wishes to receive a grant from the City in the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000)to be used as working capital to <br /> retain jobs,to expand commerce,and to off-set the negative impact of the coronavirus on its business;and <br /> The City has analyzed evidence provided by the Business that there is no duplication of benefits from other sources of federal <br /> funds,such as SBA Paycheck Protection. <br /> 1 <br />
